Once you’ve received approval, we’ll set up an interview for you with our Franchise Operations Experts. This is an opportunity for you to review, discuss and get feedback on your business plan.
FRANCHISE INTRODUCTION DAY
Attend one of the Franchise Introduction Days held at the OKFD headquarters. This is where you will meet with the OKFD Executive team as well as the key department heads.
SITE SELECTION & DOCUMENTATION
Meet and work with the OKFD Real Estate Executive to identify the best trade areas for your development agreement. Sign a DA (Development Agreement) and receive site-selection approval.
FRANCHISEE FORMALISATION & SITE APPROVAL
Submit proposed site packages to the Development Team for final review and approval.
SHOP FITTING & DEVELOPMENT
Once your site package has been approved, you’ll meet and work closely with the OKFD Construction Team to determine the building timeline and to connect with outside vendors for the construction process. Once a timeline has been established, construction begins.
To successfully run your new franchise, you will need to attend a franchising training programme at one of the OKFD training centres. You can attend these training workshops while your new franchise is being constructed.
The OKFD Operations and PR Teams will partner up with you to plan and execute a successful opening day – one that will attract loads of traffic and future shoppers to your store.
