BERRY DELIGHT TART

Ingredients

4 tablespoons Butter
60ml OK House Brand white sugar
250ml self-raising flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg
80ml Milk
TOPPING
1 packet strawberry instant pudding
1 cup hot water
1/2 cup cold tap water

Method

Cream butter and sugar. Add egg and beat well. Sift in all dry ingredients – alternately add in the milk. Place mixture in an ovenware dish. Mix the instant pudding with 1/2 cup of cold tap water. Stir in 1 cup of boiling water. Pour over the dough mixture. Bake at 180C for 50 minutes, until golden brown. Serve warm with cream.
