CREAMY SPINACH

Ingredients

Frozen Spinach
½ cup full cream milk
½ cup fresh cream
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon flour
1 tablespoon cream of mushroom soup
1 red pepper, chopped
Garlic and herb seasoning

Method

Boil the spinach with a bit of water until soft and all the water has evaporated. Add the butter and chopped peppers and fry for 2 minutes. Mix milk, cream, flour and cream of mushroom soup until well combined. Add the mixture to the spinach and cook until the sauce has thickened. Season with garlic and herb seasoning according to taste.

OPTIONAL: Add mushrooms and grated carrot when frying spinach
