Spicy Baked Beans on Toast


1 tin OK Baked Beans
15 ml Cooking Oil
1 large Onion, chopped
5 ml Garlic, crushed
1 medium Green Chilli, chopped
5 ml Curry powder
2 ml Sugar
2 ml Salt

Spicy Baked Beans on Toast



  • Heat cooking oil on medium heat in a frying pan.
  • Add chopped onions and stir-fry until lightly browned.
  • Add chopped garlic, green chilli, curry powder, sugar and salt to the onions and fry together for 1 minute.
  • Add the tin of baked beans and combine well.
  • Simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes

Serve hot on toast.
