Spicy Baked Beans on Toast
- Heat cooking oil on medium heat in a frying pan.
- Add chopped onions and stir-fry until lightly browned.
- Add chopped garlic, green chilli, curry powder, sugar and salt to the onions and fry together for 1 minute.
- Add the tin of baked beans and combine well.
- Simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes
Serve hot on toast.
