Ingredients

1 loaf Round bread (any bread will do)

6 cloves Garlic, minced
2 tbsp Parsley, chopped
1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 ½ cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 bunch Chives, finely chopped
1 loaf Round bread (any bread will do)
1 stick Salted butter, melted
6 cloves Garlic, minced
2 tbsp Parsley, chopped
1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 ½ cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 bunch Chives, finely chopped

Method

1 Preheat oven to 190 °C.
2 Cut bread in the following way: use a knife and crosshatch the bread (cutting diagonally in each direction), making sure not to slice the bread all the way through.
3 Once bread is sliced, place it on a foil-lined baking sheet.
4 Then, melt salted butter in a small bowl, and mix it together with the chopped garlic and parsley.
5
Brush the butter all over the bread, being sure to get inside all the crosshatches.
6 Stuff the crosshatches of the bread with cheddar and mozzarella.
7
The more cheese, the merrier, so feel free to use additional cheese, if desired!
8 Use a sheet of foil to cover the bread completely.
9 Bake your loaf for 15 – 20 minutes, then unwrap and bake for an additional 5 – 10 more minutes, until the cheese is melted, and the bread is golden.
10 Top with chives and parmesan cheese.
11 Serve & enjoy!
