FISH FINGER LONG BURGER


Method
- Cut the baguette in half, length wise and spread bottom of baguette with mayonnaise.
- Top with a layer of cos lettuce, lots of crispy fish fingers and finish off with another layer of cos lettuce.
- Sprinkle with feta cheese and top with mayonnaise.
- Close the burger with top of baguette and serve with potato crisps.
Chef’s Tip:
Keep the stack together and upright with sosatie or little bamboo sticks.
