FISH FINGER LONG BURGER

Ingredients

1 baguette, soft
cos lettuce leaves
fish fingers, fried crispy
feta cheese, crumbled
OK Mayonnaise

Method

  • Cut the baguette in half, length wise and spread bottom of baguette with mayonnaise.
  • Top with a layer of cos lettuce, lots of crispy fish fingers and finish off with another layer of cos lettuce.
  • Sprinkle with feta cheese and top with mayonnaise.
  • Close the burger with top of baguette and serve with potato crisps.

Chef’s Tip:

Keep the stack together and upright with sosatie or little bamboo sticks.
