The Lime & Pine Daiquiri
Is it even summer without a daiquiri? We think not! With Bacardi Rum, pineapple, and lime, this fruity summer classic is sure to tickle your tastebuds.
Ingredients
| ¾ cup | Ice |
| ¾ cup |
Pineapple chunks |
| 1 tbsp | Lime juice |
| 100ml | Bacardi Carta Blanca Superior Rum |
| 1 tbsp | Sugar |
| ¾ cup | Ice |
| ¾ cup |

| 1 tbsp | Lime juice |
| 100ml | Bacardi Carta Blanca Superior Rum |
| 1 tbsp | Sugar |
Method
| 1 | Put some crushed ice into a blender. |
| 2 | Add the rest of your ingredients and blend till smooth. |
| 3 | Pour into chilled margarita glasses, decorate with a pineapple wedge and serve. |
