| 200ml | Three Ships Select Whisky |
| 12 | Slices of cucumber |
| 50ml | Litchi juice |
| 100ml | Lemon juice |
| 100ml | Simple syrup |
| Ice cubes |

Method
| 1 | Drop your slices of cucumber into a pitcher. Using a muddler, mash the cucumbers. |
| 2 | Add your litchi juice, lemon juice, simple syrup, Three Ships Select Whisky, and lots of ice into your pitcher with the muddled cucumber. |
| 3 | Stir vigorously for 30 seconds and strain into glasses filled with ice. |
| 4 | Garnish with a wheel of fresh cucumber and serve. |
