Muddy Mug Cake
A classic chocolate mud cake served in a mug, and oh-so-easy to make in the microwave.
1 | Take 350ml microwave-safe ceramic mug. |
2 | Add the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt. Blend thoroughly with a fork. Add the milk, vegetable oil and vanilla and blend again until smooth. Stir in the chocolate chips. |
3 | Microwave on high for 90 seconds. Do not overcook or the cake will be dry. Let cool 2 – 3 minutes before eating. Add a marshmallow or two to your liking. Enjoy! |
