Muddy Mug Cake

A classic chocolate mud cake served in a mug, and oh-so-easy to make in the microwave.

3 tbsps All purpose flour
3 tbsps OK Housebrand sugar
2 tbsps
Cocoa powder
¼ tsp Baking powder
  Pinch of Housebrand salt, optional
3 tbsps
Milk
  Splash of vanilla essence, optional
3 tbsps
Chocolate chips

1 Take 350ml microwave-safe ceramic mug.
2 Add the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt. Blend thoroughly with a fork. Add the milk, vegetable oil and vanilla and blend again until smooth. Stir in the chocolate chips.
3 Microwave on high for 90 seconds. Do not overcook or the cake will be dry. Let cool 2 – 3 minutes before eating. Add a marshmallow or two to your liking. Enjoy!
