Garlic bread is always a hit, but this tear-and-share twist on the classic will be a crowd-pleaser for sure. Our Easy Cheesy Pull-Apart Garlic Bread has all the favourites — melted butter, crushed garlic, and ALL THE cheese wrapped up in warm, perfectly golden-brown bread. Ready in less than an hour, with little-to-no utensils needed, this is a dish that'll have everyone reaching for seconds!
1 | Preheat oven to 190 °C. |
2 | Cut bread in the following way: use a knife and crosshatch the bread (cutting diagonally in each direction), making sure not to slice the bread all the way through. |
3 | Once bread is sliced, place it on a foil-lined baking sheet. |
4 | Then, melt salted butter in a small bowl, and mix it together with the chopped garlic and parsley. |
5 |
Brush the butter all over the bread, being sure to get inside all the crosshatches. |
6 | Stuff the crosshatches of the bread with cheddar and mozzarella. |
7 |
The more cheese, the merrier, so feel free to use additional cheese, if desired! |
8 | Use a sheet of foil to cover the bread completely. |
9 | Bake your loaf for 15 – 20 minutes, then unwrap and bake for an additional 5 – 10 more minutes, until the cheese is melted, and the bread is golden. |
10 | Top with chives and parmesan cheese. |
11 | Serve & enjoy! |
