Serves 16 - 18

280 min

½ – 1 cup Fresh cream
2 cups
Flavoured yoghurt
⅓ cup Honey (or to taste)
3 cups Fruit (of your choice)
  Granadilla pulp*

*Use the pulp instead of berries for a granadilla-flavoured popsicle.

Pro tip: If you don’t have popsicle moulds — you can use plastic yoghurt containers or 100 ml plastic cups as moulds.

1 Whip the cream with a whisk, just before soft peaks start to form — you should be able to see lines in the cream as you whisk it, but it should not reach soft peak stage.
2 Fold in the yogurt and honey, followed by your desired fruit.
3 Make sure your popsicle moulds are dry or you’ll get ice crystals on your popsicles.
4 Pour the mixture into popsicle moulds, making sure there are no air pockets. You can tap the popsicles against the counter to pop any air bubbles.
5 Add popsicle sticks to the centre of each one and transfer to the freezer.
6 Freeze for at least 4 hours before enjoying.
