The Cucumber Fizz
When it comes to perfect pairings, it doesn’t get much better than gin and cucumber! The Cucumber Fizz blends Belgravia gin with cool cucumber, simple syrup, zesty lime, and tonic water to give it a fresh springtime flavour. Whether it’s happy hour or a braai, this is the perfect cocktail for anytime you want a light and refreshing drink.
1 | Place the simple syrup, cucumber, and lime juice in a blender. |
2 | Blend until smooth. |
3 | Strain through a fine sieve into a jug, and discard solids. |
4 | Add Belgravia Gin and tonic water to the jug. |
5 | Add ice to glasses. |
6 | Pour gin mixture evenly among glasses. |
7 | Garnish with cucumber skewers, lime slices, and mint. |
8 | Cheers! |
Pro-tip:
Spruce up your fizz with some cucumber ribbons. All you need is a cucumber and a peeler. Use your peeler to peel down the length of the whole cucumber and pop the ribbon to one side. Repeat.
