Pro-tip:
Keen to make an apple fan? It couldn’t be easier: slice an apple and arrange the pieces in a fan shape around the rim of the glass.
To make cinnamon simple syrup, add 1 cup of white sugar and 1 cup of water to a small saucepan, bring to the boil and stir until the sugar is completely dissolved. Add cinnamon sticks, cover and simmer for about 5 minutes. Transfer the liquid to a small bowl and refrigerate until chilled. Strain before using.
