Irish Iced Coffee

When you shake strong coffee with golden syrup, whiskey, and heavy cream — something magical happens. It’s called an Irish iced coffee: a creamy, heavily caffeinated cocktail that’s super simple to make! Sweet and decadent, this is the perfect treat to finish off any brunch, lunch or dinner.

1	Plunge your coffee and let it chill.
2	Add ice cubes, coffee, golden syrup, and Jameson Whiskey to a shaker.
3	Shake for about 30 seconds until the mixture is very cold.
4	Strain into an ice-filled glass.
5	Pour in heavy cream and stir.

Pro-tip:

Instead of serving this boozy brunch favourite over regular ice, freeze the coffee in ice cube trays ahead of time and use this as your ice. When they melt, your cocktail won’t water down.
