Pick the perfect party starter with The Granny Smith! This cocktail is packed with green apple goodness, zesty lemon, smooth Jameson Triple Triple Irish Whiskey, and topped with sparkling fizz. It’s sweet, zesty, and totally worth raising a glass (or two)!
| 1 | Add 6 green apples, the zest and juice of two lemons, sugar and boiling water into a blender. |
| 2 | Blend until smooth, then leave to sit for 1 hour. |
| 3 | Sieve mixture into a bowl. |
| 4 | Add the bottle of Jameson Irish Whiskey, sparkling water and stir. |
| 5 | Serve in short glasses, rocks over ice. |
| 6 | Garnish with apple slices. |
