| 1 | Melt chocolate and butter together in the microwave. |
| 2 | Whisk 3 eggs and brown sugar until tripled in size and add melted chocolate to egg & sugar mixture. Add flour and cocoa powder and fold until no lumps or flour remain. Add chocolate pieces and fold again. |
| 3 | Transfer mixture into a brownie pan and bake for 25 min at 180°C. Cut into squares and garnish to your liking. Voila! |
