No-Bake Cheesecake
Who says making cheesecake is difficult? Treat yourself with this sweet and super easy cheesecake! Forget the fuss of baking and make this delicious no-bake dessert in no time. Once you taste this guaranteed favourite, there will be no turning back for your inner dessert chef.
| 1 | Place the biscuits in a plastic food bag and crush them into medium sized pieces with a wooden spoon. |
| 2 | Put the biscuits into a bowl and mix in the melted butter. Add this to a cheesecake tin and spread the biscuit base until it covers the pan. Place this in the fridge for 30 minutes to set. |
| 3 | Add the cream cheese, mascarpone cheese, sugar, milk, and vanilla extract into a bowl and mix it well with the wooden spoon. |
| 4 | Put the cream in a clean bowl and whisk until it’s thick. Add to the other ingredients and mix well. |
| 5 | Remove the cheesecake tin from the fridge, pour the filling over the biscuit base and spread evenly. |
| 6 | Decorate with fresh or frozen berries or slices of fruit and leave in the fridge until ready to serve (at least 4 hours or overnight). |
