The Blueberry Mojito
The Blueberry Mojito is a fresh and fruity twist on the original mojito. Using the classic base of rum, tonic water, lime juice, and mint leaves — we change it up with blueberries, a homemade blueberry simple syrup, and of course, Malibu Rum. It can easily be doubled, tripled, or made for a crowd in a pitcher.
| 1 | Add mint leaves and blueberry simple syrup into a tall glass. |
| 2 | Muddle with the back of a wooden spoon. |
| 3 | Fill the glass with ice cubes. |
| 4 | Add Malibu rum and lime juice. |
| 5 | Top glass with tonic water and mix well. |
| 6 | Garnish with lime slices, mint, and blueberries. |
| 7 | Cheers! |
Pro-tip:
This drink might sound summery, but you can make it around the year. Just use frozen blueberries!
