| 3 | Rooibos Teabags |
| 275ml | Ruby Apple Brutal Fruit (2 bottles) |
| 10ml | Honey |
| 100ml | Vodka (4 shots) |
| 350ml | Boiled Water |
| Mint Leaves (Garnish) | |
| 1 Cup | Ice |
Pro tip: This drink is just as refreshing without the Brutal Fruit and vodka, simply use sparkling water to enjoy a family-friendly mocktail.
Please note: Colour of the drink might be slightly darker, depending on how strong the tea was made.
| 1 | Pour boiling water into a jug with three Rooibos teabags. |
| 2 | Add honey. |
| 3 | Let the teabags and the honey steep for two minutes. |
| 4 | Let cool. |
| 5 | Remove the teabags. |
| 6 | Add ice, lemon slices, vodka, and Brutal Fruit to the jug. |
| 7 | Stir and pour into a glass. |
| 8 | Garnish with mint sprig. |
