The Sidecar is a classic 3-ingredient cocktail that is perfect for night-caps, date nights, or when you’re entertaining and need an easy-to-make drink for guests. All you need is your favourite brandy, orange-flavoured liqueur and fresh lemon juice — for a bold yet elegant cocktail that really packs in the flavour. It’s simple, sophisticated, totally refreshing, and the perfect balance of velvety, sweet, and tart!

1	Put a glass in the fridge to chill.
2	Add Klipdrift Premium Brandy, orange-flavoured liqueur, lemon juice, and ice to a cocktail shaker.
3	Shake until the shaker feels very cold.
4	Strain the cocktail into the chilled glass.
5	Rim the glass with a lemon wedge.
6	Dip the glass in cinnamon sugar, for garnish.

Pro-tip:

For some sweetness, add a sugar rim! Swipe a cut lemon around the rim of a cocktail glass and dip in sugar to coat.
