Amarula Promotion with OK Liquor SA

Promotional offer Terms and Conditions

Promoter:

The promoter of the Promotion is OK Franchise, a division of Shoprite Checkers (Pty) Limited, Registration Number: 1929/001817/07, exclusively through its participating OK Liquor branded stores (hereinafter the “Promoter”).

Terms and conditions of the Amarula promotion with OK Liquor SA promotional offer (“the Promotion”):

  1. 1.   The Promotion will be from 3 November 2025 to 30 November 2025, or until stock of the promotional items last, whichever occurs first (“Promotional Period”).

  2. 2.   The promotion is available during the Promotional Period to all participants who purchases, in a single transaction, at least 2 (two) qualifying products (“Qualifying Products”) listed in Annexure “A” hereto, during the Promotional Period, at any of the participating OK Liquor retail outlets (“Participating Stores”) in South Africa listed in Annexure “B” (the “Qualifying Transaction”).

  3. 3.   Participants who buy any 2 (two) Qualifying Products from any of the Participating Stores will receive 1 (one) limited-edition Amarula branded glasses box set (“Glass Set”) for free. Each Glass Set includes: 2 (two) limited-edition Amarula branded drinking glasses, to the total value of R100 (One Hundred Rand).

  4. 4.   The Promotion is at all times subject to the stock availability and quantity limitations at Participating Stores, and the Promoter cannot and does not guarantee that there will be enough Glass Sets available. Access to the Promotion does not guarantee:
    1. 4.1   the availability of a Glass Set; or
    2. 4.2   the availability or stock of the Qualifying Product.

  5. 5.   Neither the Promoter nor its agents or suppliers will be liable for any direct or indirect losses, claims or damage in any way related to the Promotion or each Glass Set.

  6. 6.   The Glass Set is not transferable, refundable or exchangeable. Any unwanted Glass Set must be declined at point of sale. Participants will not receive any discount, a replacement item or credit, if Glass Set is out of stock.

  7. 7.   The Promoter in its sole discretion is entitled to cancel the Glass Set allocation, if the Promoter finds or suspects that:
    1. 7.1   Fraud, dishonesty or cheating occurred including, without limitation, that a participant made use of the Promotion through the manipulation of code or falsifying of data; or
    2. 7.2   Participants are purchasing Qualifying Products to obtain the Glass Set, only to cancel those Qualifying Transactions or return the Qualifying Products purchased afterwards; or
    3. 7.3   If the Promoter’s technology systems are affected by technical errors.

  8. 8.   The Promoter is entitled to change or cancel the Promotion, or end the Promotional Period early at any time without notice to participants, if the Promoter deems it necessary in its sole discretion. In the event of such change or cancellation, participants will have no recourse against the Promoter, its suppliers or agents.

  9. 9.   By participating in or redeeming this Promotion, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
