The Blueberry Mojito is a fresh and fruity twist on the original mojito. Using the classic base of rum, tonic water, lime juice, and mint leaves — we change it up with blueberries, a homemade blueberry simple syrup, and of course, Malibu Rum. It can easily be doubled, tripled, or made for a crowd in a pitcher.
