Ingredients

400g Blueberries
160g Raspberries
2 tbsp Castor Sugar
500g Vanilla Cake or Muffin Premix
250g Butter
¼ cup Water
400g Blueberries

Method

1 Preheat oven to 180ºC.
2 Toss all the berries into a baking dish.
3 Coat the berries in the castor sugar and add all the water.
4 Cover this mixture with an even layer of vanilla cake or muffin premix.
5 Grate the butter into bits and sprinkle over dish.
6 Bake in the oven for 40 minutes, or until golden brown.
7 Serve with ice cream, custard, or cream.
