THE RUBY APPLE FRUIT PUNCH

Thankfully, you absolutely don't need to be a bartender to make this Ruby Apple Fruit Punch. A sweet and zesty blend of citrus and apple flavours with hints of spice, grapefruit peel, honey, and vodka — this drink is guaranteed to be guzzled up in no-time. Go on, refresh everyone at your summertime soirées, braais, and get-togethers with this spritzy cocktail.

Ingredients

3 Rooibos Teabags
2 Bottles (275 ml) Ruby Apple Brutal Fruit
10ml Honey
100ml (4 Shots) Vodka
350ml Boiled Water
  Mint Leaves (Garnish)
1 Cup Ice

 

Pro tip: This drink is just as refreshing without the Brutal Fruit and vodka, simply use sparkling water to enjoy a family-friendly mocktail.

Please note: Colour of the drink might be slightly darker, depending on how strong the tea was made.

3 Rooibos Teabags
2 Bottles (275 ml) Ruby Apple Brutal Fruit
10ml Honey

Method

1 Pour boiling water into a jug with three Rooibos teabags.
2 Add honey.
3 Let the teabags and the honey steep for two minutes.
4 Let cool.
5 Remove the teabags.
6 Add ice, lemon slices, vodka, and Brutal Fruit to the jug.
7 Stir and pour into a glass.
8 Garnish with mint sprig.
