The Bloody Mary

A Bloody Mary is easy, tasty and the perfect choice for a more savoury palate. Made with fresh tomato juice, Cruz Vodka, and some spicy sauces, it’s also a tried and trusted hangover cure.

Ingredients

100ml Cruz Vodka Vintage black 
1 Large Handful of ice 
500ml Tomato juice 
1 tbsp Lemon Juice, plus two lemon slices to serve
  A few shakes of Worcestershire sauce
  A few shakes of Tabasco sauce 
1 Pinch of salt 
1 Pinch black pepper 
2 Celery sticks to serve 
  Olives for garnish

500ml Tomato juice 
1 tbsp Lemon Juice, plus two lemon slices to serve
  A few shakes of Worcestershire sauce
  A few shakes of Tabasco sauce

1 Pinch black pepper 
2 Celery sticks to serve 
  Olives for garnish

Method

1 Place the ice in a large jug.
2 Measure the tomato juice, lemon juice and vodka, and pour straight into the ice-filled jug. 
3 Add your sauces and your salt and pepper. 
4 Stir until the outside of the jug feels cold, then strain the cocktail into 2 tall glasses. 
5 Top with fresh ice, add celery sticks, olives and lemon slices to both and serve.
